ARVENDORF

Independent advice on company sales, succession and selected strategic transactions.

Business owners deserve advice proportionate to the significance of their transaction.

A note from the founders

ARVENDORF was founded with a clear purpose: to make institutional-quality M&A advice available to owners in the European mid-market, for businesses with revenues of € 1m–200m.

A mid-market transaction is rarely routine. It calls for analytical rigour, market knowledge and negotiating discipline, combined with personal accountability at partner level.

Technology replaces neither judgement nor relationships. It extends research, structures information and creates more time for decisions that require experience and discretion.

The measure is not simply whether a deal closes. It is whether the transaction serves the owner’s objectives, the business and its continued development.

The standards we work by.

Mandate before method

The client’s timetable, priorities and decision criteria shape the process. Our interests remain aligned with theirs from the first conversation to completion.

Technology in the background

Proprietary tools deepen analysis and broaden buyer research. Experienced advisers remain accountable for judgement, outreach and negotiation.

Discretion without exception

Information is shared selectively, contact is controlled and sensitive decisions are handled with appropriate care.

Transaction experience. Technological precision.

The team brings together experience in investment banking, private equity and enterprise technology. Proprietary analytical tools support research, buyer selection and process management; the advice remains personal and partner-led.

The first step is a confidential conversation.

We listen, assess the situation and outline what an appropriate process could look like.
